অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি সিস্টেম

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা ফেসবুক পেজের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে সেটি আমাদের বিক্রয় চুক্তির অংশ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করলে আপনি সহজেই আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট Addopran.com থেকে পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারবেন, পেমেন্ট করতে পারবেন এবং পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেয়ে যাবেন:

১) পণ্য নির্বাচন ও অর্ডার করা

  • ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করে ক্যাটাগরি থেকে পছন্দের পণ্য দেখুন — যেমন মধু, ঘি, তেল, বাদাম, মশলা ইত্যাদি।

  • প্রতিটি পণ্যের ছবি, ওজন / পরিমাণ, মূল্য ও বিস্তারিত বিবরণ ভালো করে পড়ুন।

  • যদি পণ্য পছন্দ হয়, তবে পণ্যের পাশে থাকা ‘Add to Cart’ বা ‘Buy Now’ বাটতে ক্লিক করুন। (*একটি পণ্য কেনার ক্ষেত্রে ‘Buy Now’ বাটনে ক্লিক করলে সরাসরি অর্ডার প্লেস করার পেজে চলে যাবে)

  • যখন সব পণ্য নির্বাচন হয়ে যাবে, Checkout এ ক্লিক করুন।

২) শিপিং ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান

  • Checkout পেজে আপনার নাম, শিপিং ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর ও অন্যান্য যোগাযোগের তথ্য লিখুন — যেন ডেলিভারি পার্টনার সঠিক সময়ে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে পারেন।

  • নিশ্চিত করুন ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগ নম্বরে কোনো ভুল নেই। (অবশ্যই জেলা সঠিকভাবে নির্বাচন করতে হবে)

  • এরপর পণ্যটি আপনার নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ারের অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করবেন নাকি হোম ডেলিভারি নিবেন সেটি নির্বাচন করুন।

  • আপনি চাইলে ওয়েব সাইটে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারেন অথবা গেস্ট ইউজার হিসেবে অর্ডার সাবমিট করতে পারেন।
  • রেজিস্ট্রেশন করলে পরবর্তীতে অর্ডারের সময় পুনরায় আর ঠিকানা/মোবাইল নম্বর লেখার প্রয়োজন হবে না, এছাড়া নিজের অর্ডারের হিস্টোরি দেখতে পারবেন। বিভিন্ন অফার/স্পেশাল কুপণ ও পেতে পারেন।

৩) পেমেন্ট অপশন

  • আমরা ফুল ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), অগ্রিম ফুল পেমেন্ট এবং আগে শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার চার্জ বাবদ ১০০ টাকা গ্রহণ এই তিনভাবে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করি। (শর্ত প্রযোজ্য, ৪ নম্বর পয়েন্ট দেখুন)

আমরা কয়েকটি পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি অফার করি:

Cash on Delivery (COD)পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে নগদ অর্থ প্রদান করবেন।
অনলাইন পেমেন্টবিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে অথবা ব্যাংক একাউন্টে

  • Checkout-এ পেমেন্ট অপশন নির্বাচন করার সময় আপনার সুবিধাজনক বিকল্প বেছে নিন।

  • যদি অনলাইন পেমেন্ট হয়, পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে তা নিশ্চিত করুন।

৪) অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

  • অর্ডার পেমেন্ট বা COD নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আপনি একটি অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন ম্যাসেজ / ইমেইল পাবেন।

  • সেখানে থাকবে: অর্ডার নম্বর, পণ্যসমূহের বিবরণ, ডেলিভারি/কুরিয়ার খরচ সহ মোট দাম/বিল।

  • অর্ডার করার পরে আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে (সকাল ৯ টা থেকে বিকাল ৫ টার মধ্যে) কল করে যাচাই করার পরে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হবে।
  •  আপনার নাম্বারটি যাচাই করার পরে যদি ফেইক অর্ডার/ফ্রড লিস্টে পাওয়া যায় তবে সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে পুরো টাকা আগে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। অন্যথায় শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার চার্জ বাবদ ১০০ টাকা অগ্রিম পাঠাতে হবে।
  • ফুল ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসটি শুধুমাত্র যারা আমাদের পরিচিত/ফেসবুকে যুক্ত আছেন তাদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য, অর্ডার করার পরে আমাদের ম্যাসেঞ্জারে শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার নাম্বারটি দিবেন।
  • যাদের ডেলিভারি রেট ৮৫ অথবা ৯০ শতাংশের বেশী, আদ্যপ্রাণ তাদের ফুল ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসটি প্রদাণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
  • পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে, শিপমেন্টের আগে দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে যোগাযোগ করে জানাতে হবে। 
  • আদ্যপ্রাণের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত মোবাইল নাম্বার ব্যতিত অন্য কোন নাম্বার থেকে কেউ কল দিয়ে কোন তথ্য চাইলে অথবা টাকা চাইলে দিবেন না, এটি সম্পূর্ণ আপনার দায়িত্ব, আদ্যপ্রাণ কোনভাবেই এই দ্বায় গ্রহণ করবে না।

৫) ডেলিভারি

  • আমরা বাংলাদেশের সব জায়গায় হোম ডেলিভারি এবং প্রতিটি থানা শহরে পয়েন্ট ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি।

  • আমরা আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেব।

  • ডেলিভারির চার্জ এবং সময়কাল আপনার অবস্থান ও আমাদের ডেলিভারি নেটওয়ার্কের উপর নির্ভর করবে — রাজধানী এবং জেলা শহরে সাধারণত দ্রুত পৌঁছায়, দূরের এলাকায় কিছুটা সময় লাগতে পারে।

  • পণ্য পৌঁছালে ডেলিভারি পার্টনার‐এর ম্যানেজার/রাইডার উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় আপনার পণ্যটি চেক করে দেখে নিন।

৬) রিটার্ন / রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জ (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়)

  • যদি পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভাঙা অথবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অবস্থায় পৌঁছায়/ ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়/মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়/অসম্পূর্ণ /পরিমাণে কম থাকে তাহলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান।

  • আমরা দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করব।
